1. Eligibility:

This recruitment campaign (the "Campaign") is open to individuals who are at least 15 years old and reside in Singapore. Employees of HappyDot.sg and RySense Ltd and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sign-Up and Qualification:

i) To qualify for the Offer, you must:

• Complete the Sign-up using the dedicated links found in:
  • Campaign-related feeds/ posts/ advertisements found in HappyDot.sg Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google) Members will receive $20 GrabGifts voucher upon confirmation as a Full Member of HappyDot.sg.

ii) Complete “Profile Update”, “Lifestyle Survey” and ID confirmation with the HappyDot.sg Team by 13 April 2025 .

iii) ID Confirmation/Verification can be completed in any one of the following ways:

1. Courier Confirmation
2. WhatsApp Video Call
3. In-Person Confirmation

vi) Sign up promotion is only valid from 12 March till 13 April 2025.

3. Voucher Usage:

i) Courier Confirmation: Schedule a delivery time with our courier partner and present your ID for confirmation. Your GrabGifts voucher will be delivered to your provided delivery address.

ii) WhatsApp Video Call confirmation: Present your ID during a scheduled video call with our friendly HappyDot.sg team. Your GrabGifts voucher will be sent to your registered email within 5-7 working days upon receipt of welcome email.

iii) In-Person Confirmation: Visit our RySense office and present your ID for verification. Collect your $20 GrabGifts voucher on the spot.

4. Voucher Usage:

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

The GrabGifts E-voucher expiry date will be clearly stated on the email with the voucher code itself and will be valid for use and redemption on Grab App.

5. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

The personal data you provide during sign-up (e.g., name, email address) will be used to process HappyDot.sg sign-up and send you the Voucher.

We will not share your personal data with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

6. General:

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and to reject your application if the eligibility terms and conditions are not met.
