The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is a data protection law in Singapore that governs the collection, use, disclosure and care of personal data.

A whopping 73.7% of Singaporeans have heard about it!

Even so, the PDPA only sets a basic standard of protection on the use of our personal information.
