Dear HappyDotters,
As we embark on Phase 1 after the Circuit Breaker period, there are still several limitations in fulfilling Welcome Gift deliveries and voucher redemptions.
- Restricted work operations regarding voucher redemptions
Kindly note that all voucher redemptions are processed by a third-party vendor, whose operations have resumed as of 2 June 2020.
However, the company has to comply with safety management measures, and is only allowed to operate twice a week to process the vouchers. Therefore, the processing time will be longer than usual.
- Limited voucher availability
We have limited stock on hand. Furthermore, many voucher suppliers have yet to resume full operations. These include Takashimaya, McDonald’s office, and the Dairy Farm Group (The Choice vouchers).
As such, we will need to wait for these companies to resume work before we can stock up more vouchers to cater to our HappyDotters’ Welcome Gift and voucher redemption requests.
We understand that some of you may have been waiting even before the Circuit Breaker period. Given the above situation, please accept our sincere apologies for the extended waiting time and inconvenience caused.
Rest assured that we will fulfil all Welcome Gift and voucher redemption requests, and will keep you updated as the situation evolves.
